Personal service in Cocoa Beach, Florida

Senior move management in Cocoa Beach

Leaving a beach home or condominium after many years, or settling a parent into a new apartment on the Space Coast, takes more than a moving truck. Settled In by Tina plans the transition, helps sort belongings, and sets up the new space so it feels familiar from the first night.

    From planning to homecoming

A calm, organized move for a Space Coast home full of memories.

Tina Leger founded Settled In by Tina in 2019 after a career in luxury hospitality. As a NASMM member, she brings personal attention to the practical and emotional parts of a senior move. We serve Cocoa Beach as part of our Central Florida service area.

We are not the trucking company. We help plan, sort, pack, coordinate licensed movers, and unpack. Your project begins with a free 15-minute conversation and a written estimate before work starts.

    01

Downsizing a Cocoa Beach home or condominium

Coastal homes often hold decades of furniture, collections, and seasonal belongings. We start with a floor plan of the new home so decisions are based on what will actually fit. Together we sort what moves, what goes to family, and what can be donated, consigned, or sold at auction. The pace is set around your parent, and keepsakes are handled with care rather than rushed.

What to bring to the conversation

    • Get a floor plan or room measurements for the new home.
    • List the furniture and collections that matter most.
    • Note items family members have asked to keep.

    02

Coordinating move day at a building with rules

Many Cocoa Beach residences are condominiums or communities with their own moving procedures. Ask the property about its move-out and move-in instructions before setting a date. Tina coordinates the agreed schedule with the people involved and supervises the licensed moving crew, so your family is not relaying messages between the building, the movers, and the new residence.

What to bring to the conversation

    • Request written moving instructions from each property.
    • Confirm any elevator, loading, or insurance requirements.
    • Share property contacts and the target move date with Tina.

    03

Arriving to a home that is ready to live in

After the move we unpack, organize closets and kitchen, make the bed, arrange bathroom essentials, hang pictures, and remove empty boxes. Familiar items placed where your parent expects them make a new address feel like home much sooner. The exact setup work is agreed in your written scope before anything begins.

What to bring to the conversation

    • Photograph favorite rooms or picture walls you want recreated.
    • Identify daily-use items that should be ready on arrival.
    • Tell us about any mobility needs that affect furniture placement.
